Where are the cheapest groceries?

We have learned a lot about shopping, so we went looking for the cheapest, the freshest, and the most convenient groceries. We learned that travelling around the city by bus is really quite slow, but there are some very good grocery prices, if we go to areas that aren’t in the centre of the city. We visited H&W Produce, Giant Tiger, and T&T Supermarket. We didn’t have enough time to visit the Italian Centre, or the Halal Meat shop. If you miss foods from home, ask everyone you meet about where you can shop. Edmonton has groceries and foods from almost everywhere in the world. Another class visited the African stores on 118 Avenue, and this was a pretty easy bus trip from downtown (on the #5 bus).
