Winter Exercise Survival Guide

You may have already noticed that I’m pretty excited about outdoor exercise in the winter months.  The article talks about how important exercise is for fighting winter depression.  It’s really important to me to get outside and get some sunlight, when our days are really short.  Most outdoor exercise (skating, running, snowshoeing, sledding) is cheap or even free, and you will see other people if you’re outdoors getting some fresh air.
