Citadel Theatre has live performances of many different types, and all of their shows have a “pay-what-you-can” performance.  This is perfect for attending, if you don’t have too much money, since live theatre is usually expensive.  The next show is this coming Sunday at 7:30.  Check the information to find out about buying tickets, and performance times.

The Art Gallery of Alberta is a beautiful building, with amazing exhibits, but it can be expensive to visit.  Go check it out on the last Thursday evening of the month, from 6-9 pm, when there is free admission for everyone.  It will be more crowded than usual!

Don’t forget Edmonton’s free admission day, Sunday, September 28, when many cultural and recreational facilities will be free for the day.  It’s a good opportunity to visit somewhere like Fort Edmonton Park, the Muttart Conservatory, or a YMCA.
