International Day of Happiness: Don’t Worry, Be Happy!

I’ve been very quiet here on the blog this year.  As soon as I got the cast off of my broken right wrist, I broke my right ankle, and spent 6 weeks in an air cast, with crutches, and a whole lot of pain and inconvenience.  My condition is improving (I hope!), and I have several posts that I’ve been working on, so you should hear more from me soon.  It’s a pretty, snowy first day of spring, here in Edmonton, and it’s also International Day of Happiness.  These are some great tips for staying happy!
