Nov. 6, 2015 – Vol.1 | No.1 – Where the Canuck: Downtown Edmonton, Alberta | New-Normal

I haven’t posted anything recently about one of my favourite groups in Edmonton: November Project Canada.  People always wonder about the (weird) name, but the group started as 2 people in Boston, who challenged each other to work out outdoors in the dark and early mornings, all through one November.  Later, they invited other people to join them, and now this crazy movement exists in 23 cities and counting.  Edmonton was the only Canadian city for a fair while, so we get the maple leaf “tag”, as well as Canada in our name, but there are several other Canadian cities now.  Unfortunately, I’ve broken 3 bones over the last year, which has really reduced my participation, but it’s getting to be time to return to the “family”.  November Project Canada meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, at 6 am, all year round (including Christmas and other holidays).  Hugs are always included, along with 30 minutes of high-quality exercise.Source: Nov. 6, 2015 – Vol.1 | No.1 – Where the Canuck: Downtown Edmonton, Alberta | New-Normal
